Tom has been a mining engineer and computer scientist for 30 years. He has specialised in technical services, technology and coding, and business processes and systems during this time. He is a skilled user in Deswik, LSMW, ABAP, Syniti, SQL Server, Power BI, PuLP, SAP and many other software applications.
His experience includes:
- Mine planning, scheduling and blending optimisation
- Data science, data governance, data migration and reporting and analytics
- Business process analysis and solution architecture
