- Leading a Technical Committee in spearheading operational and strategic transformation for a Canadian mine asset, driving efficiency and performance improvements.
- Providing strategic leadership to enhance operational effectiveness and optimize value creation prior to sale for a Central Asian gold asset.
- Operational cost reduction for the Western Australian AGA operations directly impacting in the project life expansion
- Leading the cost-cutting initiatives and improved operational efficiencies for the AGA mining operations in South America, identifying optimization opportunities, streamlining processes, and implementing strategic measures to reduce costs.
- Implementing the technical turnaround and renovation process of the EMR Golden Grove technical team, following the asset acquisition from the previous owner, enhancing overall technical capabilities.
- As a General Manager, leading the creation and supervising the implementation of the Mine Flood Management Plans, Geotechnical Studies for Pillar Recovering, Mine Evacuation Plans, Power Expansion, Water Pumping Expansions, General Mine Services Current and Future Expansions.
