• Secure government mandate, develop shareholder agreements, access policy, project financing and project development for a large coal industry consortium seeking to develop a greenfield export terminal
• Lead a multi discipline team to complete a first principle strategic review of a large export coal mine for a global mining company
• Lead concept and feasibility studies for the development of new and brownfield mining, gas and other project opportunities for large and mid-sized mining companies
• Develop strategy and deliver alternatives for coal transport and logistics solutions for planned expansion projects for a mining company
• Development and progression of capacity planning and capacity management in a mine / rail / terminal / port logistics chain for a port operator
• Develop and implement a budget and business planning system in a mining business of a global resources company
• Develop and implement the operations strategy for a large greenfield infrastructure port project through to handover to operations

Operations

• Provide executive input to lead a fast paced review to identify opportunities to increase production at a large export mine
• Lead successful deployment of operational capability for a genuine greenfield site

• Provide direction and advice for a clean sheet review of mining operations for a global mining company
